Conditions of participation for raffles
Organizer of the raffle is RaceChip Chiptuning GmbH & Co. KG (“RaceChip”)
Participation in the raffle is only possible under the conditions indicated in the following. The participants explicitly agree to the conditions by participating in the raffle.
RaceChip reserves the right to stop or end the raffle at any time.

Eligibility of participation
All persons with a legal age of at least 18 years at the time of participation in the raffle and whose legal domicile is in the United Kingdom, are eligible to take part in raffle. RaceChip employees and their relatives are not allowed to participate.
Participation
Participation takes place by actively taking part in the raffle, i.e. as indicated in the rules or the description of the raffle.
The participation does not depend on the purchase of goods or the claim of a service. Purchasing goods or claiming services does not increase the chance of winning.
By participating in the raffle, participants agree that – in the case they are one of the winners - their first name, the initial of their last name and their place of residence are stated in social media channels of RaceChip such as Facebook and Twitter.
Comments on raffles must not include insults, incorrect facts, infringement of fair competition, trademark violations or copyright infringements.
Prizes
Prizes can neither be paid out in cash nor exchanged. Prizes cannot get transferred to third parties.
Prize draw
All participants who answered the prize question correctly will be entered in the prize draw. For each raffle, every participant can only take part once at the prize draw.
The prizes will be drawn among all participants who are eligible to take part in the raffle. One working day after the end of the raffle, it will be evaluated which participants are eligible to take part in the raffle and the prize draw.
All winners will be informed via email. If the winner does not reply to the email notification within 7 days in order to accept the prize, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn. If the prize consists of tickets of an event, a new winner will be drawn at least 3 days before the event.
Data privacy
If personal data is collected, processed or used in relation with the raffle, RaceChip collects, uses and processes this data exclusively in context with the raffle. After the end of the raffle, this data gets deleted.
Miscellaneous
Participants who violate the conditions stated here or those who manipulate or try to manipulate the raffle, can be excluded from the raffle. If the preconditions for the exclusion of the raffle apply, prizes can be denied and prizes that have already been delivered can be drawn back.
RaceChip reserves the right to stop or interrupt the raffle, if:
- Manipulations are detected
- A proper implementation of the raffle cannot be ensured
- Unauthorized interactions of third parties took place
Legal action is ruled out. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively. If any of the conditions mentioned above are or become invalid, the validity of all other conditions stays untouched. Conditions can be changed by RaceChip at all times without prior notice.
